Once an order is placed, your Green Sling™ will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. On average, our standard shipping usually takes between 3 to 6 days to reach its destination.

You may return or exchange your Green Sling™ purchased from our website within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the Green Sling™ must be in its original condition, unworn and unaltered. To initiate a return, please contact us at maddie@thegreensling.com. We will work with you to resolve any issues and provide you with instructions for returning the order to us. We will provide store credit for the full purchase price of the Green Sling™, including any applicable taxes. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will do everything we can to ensure that you have a positive experience with us.
